SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will maintain continuity of business operations within the Program Management Department and plan the most effective and economical method of accomplishing the organization’s mission. You will develop and propose long and short-range policy and guidance and implementation plans on business operations, financial operations, and general administrative management for the competency. You will review hiring requirements/plans from Divisions and prioritize hiring actions based on Department benchmarks and organization policy.
