Ensure timely and satisfactory accomplishment of all delegated contracts, including necessary modifications to original contracts which involve on-the-spot decisions and instructions to contractors. Exercise delegated ACO authority to direct work changes and to award, agree to, and execute change orders regarding changes not exceeding $500,000 aggregate each. Oversee biddability and constructability reviews of plans and specifications for various programs including MILCON, IIES, Civil Works and other programs.
