Supervisory Interdisciplinary (Resident Engineer)

Ensure timely and satisfactory accomplishment of all delegated contracts, including necessary modifications to original contracts which involve on-the-spot decisions and instructions to contractors. Exercise delegated ACO authority to direct work changes and to award, agree to, and execute change orders regarding changes not exceeding $500,000 aggregate each. Oversee biddability and constructability reviews of plans and specifications for various programs including MILCON, IIES, Civil Works and other programs. Maintain Construction Division contract correspondence, pending contract modification, contract modification, claim, and related supplemental information.
