Supervisory Program Manager

Oversee the planning, direction, budget, resources, internal controls performance measures, and execution of a major programmatic and/or critical program for which the scope and effect have department or government wide impact. Formulate, manage, and approve strategic objectives, priorities, and short and long term plans, goals, and objectives to meet agency's mission; capitalize on opportunities, as well as manages risks. Direct all HR and EEO programs for subordinate employees to include: recruitment, selection, promotion, training, awards, discipline, and evaluating performance; practice sound position management in assigning work, determining position allocation.
