Director of Western District Offices

Serves as the senior executive responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating Western District Offices operations, performance, and alignment with SBA programs and services. Advises the Deputy Associate Administrator on operational status, performance, risks, and strategic direction, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Directs Western District Office leadership across Regions 6 through 10, ensuring consistent implementation of agency priorities, service standards, and operating policies. Ensures field operations comply with SBA statutory requirements, agency policies, and priorities set by OFO and headquarters program offices. Leads efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, waste, and abuse, promoting strong internal controls and data-informed decision-making.
