Director of Eastern District Offices

Serves as the senior executive responsible for planning, directing, and evaluating Eastern District Offices operations, performance, and alignment with SBA programs and services. Advises the Deputy Associate Administrator on operational status, performance, risks, and strategic direction, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Directs Eastern District Office leadership across Regions 1 through 5, ensuring consistent implementation of agency priorities, service standards, and operating policies. Ensures field operations comply with SBA statutory requirements, agency policies, and priorities set by OFO and headquarters program offices. Leads efforts to identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, waste, and abuse, promoting strong internal controls and data-informed decision-making. Collaborates with OFO and headquarters leadership to develop and implement strategies, policies, performance measures, and operational plans. Represents Eastern District Office
