Supervisory Human Resources Specialist, Technical Review (Detail/ Temp. Promotion)

VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: HR Specialist Total Rewards The supervisor is responsible for the VISN Technical Review team which is responsible for ensuring the technical review of PAR actions within HRSmart. The employee reports to the Chief Technical Review Unit. In addition, this position is responsible for the supervision of technical reviewers and their functions of processing all personnel actions, resolving issues in DCIPS and REMEDY, and processing (PRO) actions in HRSmart (ER, R&P, benefits, etc.) to ensure compliance with regulations and interpretation of the organization's Personnel Accountability, HR policies and procedures to address issues that require substantial interpretation. Duties include, but are not limited to: Serving as technical expert and consultant for assigned mission areas Providing authoritative technical leadership, advice, and assistance on complex matters Providing technically sound solutions to challenging and critical problems Servi
