About the role
You will serve as a Management Assistant in the Military Personnel Division (N12), Manpower and Personnel Department (N1) at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT). You will process necessary documents to ensure the newly reported personnel are gained onboard in a timely manner as well as in accordance with stated procedures. You will provide maintenance to the military personnel database that contains personal information on all military assigned to NCTAMS LANT as well as current status and location of assignment. You will be responsible for personnel check in and check out and interface with Personnel Support Detachment (PSD) and supports the Transaction Online Processing (TOPS) system. You will conduct research on pay entitlements (Temporary Lodging Expense, Dependent Lodging Allowance, Special Incentive Pay, etc.) and provide up to date information to the Transaction Support Center (TSC). You will serve as Command Pay/Personnel Administrator
