SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will provide comprehensive security support, guidance, and assistance to Program Managers, as well as various government and industry participants, ensuring all operations align with required security standards. You will analyze ongoing programs to thoroughly assess and evaluate personnel, physical, administrative, information, and industrial security practices, identifying potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement. You will implement new, effective procedures to proactively resolve systemic security issues and swiftly address any operational problems or breaches as they arise. You will establish robust security policies and provide clear, actionable guidance concerning personnel security clearances, strict document control measures, and secure visitor access protocols. You will administer vital security indoctrination and termination briefings, while expertly advising personnel on the proper, compliant safeguarding and handling of all classified information.
