About the role
Maintains surveillance over moderately complex civil engineer base maintenance and repair service contracts. Serves as a Team Member. Integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into Civil Engineering's quality assurance (QA) strategies, goals, objectives, and procedures to ensure contracted civil engineer services meet all applicable DoD and AF directives, public laws, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Electric Code (NEC), and industry trade standards such as national building (International Mechanical Code- IMC), electrical (NEC) and plumbing codes (Plumbing Standard Code - PSC), Safe Drinking Water Act, Environmental Protection Agency regulations, OSHA and AFOSH standards, and AFIs applicable to nonprofessional architectural, engineering, and base maintenance operations.
