Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of initiatives through the use of analytical tools and methodologies to provide solutions to broad problems. Provides technical and administrative supervision to the unit by establishing and carrying out action plans in order to accomplish Division goals and objectives. Conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations on program operations. Promotes a creative environment that inspires team members to develop ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations. Manages teams and coordinates with other unit supervisors and peers to establish objectives, priorities and deadlines to formulate plans that meet substantial changes in workload. Distributes work assignments to staff to best utilizes their skills and experience while also ensuring developmental growth.
