Debt Management Specialist

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Monitor customer accounts and pursues delinquent debt following agency guidelines. Oversee customer accounts, including account reconciliations, refunds, payment tracking, collection modifications, etc. for assigned functional areas. Provide excellent customer service by accurately responding to both internal and external customers in a timely and respectful manner. Review and analyze financial reports insuring problems, disputes, and errors discovered are corrected and follows through to resolution.
