About the role
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Supervisory Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for leading acquisition operations, managing workload and performance, and delivering complex, high-volume acquisition outcomes aligned to HHS enterprise priorities and mission needs by: Providing leadership, direction, and oversight of pre-award and post-award acquisition activities, ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality execution. Managing workload distribution across the team, ensuring effective prioritization and execution of competing acquisition requirements. Operationalizing organizational strategies into executable acquisition plans aligned with OMAS mission and HHS enterprise priorities, including Procurement Alignment and Collaboration Taskforce (PACT).
