Supervisory Counsel (Bank Activities Unit), CM-0905-00

Serves as first line supervisor for an assigned group of attorneys, non-attorney staff, and any Honors Attorneys on rotation with the Bank Activities Unit on specified work of the Section. Manages, performs, and supervises a broad range of highly specialized and technical legal services pertaining to the regulation and supervision of insured financial institutions and is responsible for the management and direction of all substantive and administrative matters arising from such legal services, with particular emphasis on the development and analysis of regulations, legislation, FDIC policy and the interpretation and application of the laws and regulations governing the activities, operations and structure of insured depository institutions.
