Information Operations Strategic and Operational Plans Specialist

You will plan and execute maritime Information Operations (IO) at the strategic, operational and Naval Service level. You will prepare detailed proposals, estimates, Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and operational plans. You will supervise the execution of operational IO events. You will coordinate with Service and National intelligence agencies. You will apply new techniques and methods to ensure integration and execution of all information related capabilities (IRCs) and non-kinetic/non-lethal effects. You will prepare Flag-level briefings and staffing packages for S/O IO proposals, estimate Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) and plans. You will review Naval and Joint IO/special technical operations (STO)/Cyberspace doctrine, policy, directives and instructions.
