MILITARY PAY TECHNICIAN

Serves as primary focal point for Military Pay and pay related issues for Individual Reservists (IR) assigned to programs supported by ARPC, e.g., Health Professions Scholarship Program, Financial Assistance Program, Musters, Push/Pull Exercises, Reserve and Guard Stipend Programs, Medical Special Pay, Medical Bonus Program. Researches, audits, and makes pay adjustments involving a variety of complicated pay problems. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with HQ AFRC and RMX. Provides customer service in person or by telephone, and completes correspondence (e.g., answers written inquiries, prepares letters to obtain missing information, etc.) related to military pay entitlements.
