Provides executive leadership and direction in the formulation, development, and execution of assigned OSHA-related program functions that are carried out by subordinate employees working under the supervision of Office Directors in the following offices: Office of Management Operations, Office of Training and Education, Office of Financial Management, Office of Technology Assistance, and the Office of Audit. Establishes, revises, or reviews OSHA policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for the staff, as necessary to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Participates actively in establishing, revising, and updating agency policy and plans for the accomplishment of OSHA administrative programs, and providing advice concerning the implications of major administrative program decisions and recommendatio
