About the role
You will evaluate substance abuse programs and policies in military or private sectors to ensure programs reflect state-of-the-art in prevention efforts. You will develop substance abuse prevention programs, policies and procedures to support effective program mission and operations. You will verify research data for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and organization of statistical analysis. You will write briefings to senior management officials on results of special studies or research projects with recommendations for further action. You will inform command leadership of potential impacts on fleet readiness and propose corrective action, solutions, and best practices.
