This position is being filled under DoD Modified Direct Hire Authority, PL 118-31, Sec 1250B(i)(2), 12/22/2023 As a IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) at the GG-2210-15 some of your typical work assignments may include: Develops and coordinates recommendations, plans, policy, and doctrine to support the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) and Combatant Command (CCMD) requirements for cyber survivability of new weapon systems. Provides weapon systems cyber survivability, DoD Cybersecurity, cyber operational resilience, and RMF subject matter expertise to minimize/prevent cyber vulnerabilities in weapon systems and the critical infrastructure supporting them with the greatest CCMD mission risk. Plans, coordinates, and evaluates complex long-range studies and develops recommendations.
