Program Analyst (Lead Region Coordinator)

You will: Coordinate regional input pertaining to a wide range of policy and resource issues related to the assigned national program(s) to build consensus on issues, options, and resolutions. Analyze both emerging and existing program, policy, or regulatory issues to provide recommendations for program adjustment. Represent the combined regional perspective to the relevant National Program Manager(s) (NPM(s)) to identify, develop, and negotiate a unified regional viewpoint and synthesize concerns. Provide budgetary and resource analysis to give input to budget formulation and capital resource proposals. One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
