Administrative and Supervisory Functions The HUD-VASH Program Coordinator has full responsibility for all phases of social work service delivery for the HUD-VASH program. The HUD-VASH Program Coordinator supervises employees to accomplish the work of the unit. Incumbent provides leadership, direction, orientation, coaching, in-service training, staff development, and continuing education programs and opportunities for assigned staff. The HUD-VASH Program Coordinator provides team leadership, conducting regular staff meetings to coordinate the provision of services in compliance with established policy and procedure. The HUD-VASH Program Coordinator provides both administrative and technical supervision to the staff as assigned.
