What will I do in this position if hired? In this Information Technology Specialist (CUSTSPT) Information Technology Specialist-Reservist position, you will be a member of the IT Cadre and will serve as an IT Specialist (ITSP) that performs a wide range of IT management activities that extend and apply to specified units in the FEMA organization and its major components. Typical assignments include: Deliver technical support services, including troubleshooting, installation, removals, systems knowledge assistance and/or training in response to customer requirements Assist functional uses in resolving technical computer problems and malfunctions Installs, configures and tests software on customer workstations and participating in the delivery of a full range of customer support services to the organization.
