Operations Research Analyst

As an analysis leader or consultant on application of operations research analysis (ORA) methods and tools on a larger study team, conducts and makes substantive contributions to complex cyberspace operations planning and assessment studies. Represents the J8 and Command at appropriate venues to influence selection of additional assessment topics and in-depth analysis of complex issues where it is difficult for subject matter experts to achieve common understanding. Engages in and contributing substantively to iterative discussions with relevant stakeholders, which often yield additional insights and complicating features that must be incorporated into ORA models. Contributes to integration of strategic assessment findings into the specific forms required by the DoD program planning process.
