CYBER OPERATIONS PLANS ANALYST

Provides recognized-expert consulting support for joint strategy, policy, and doctrine development and program support reviews to assure offensive and defensive Operations, Activities and Investments (OAIs) provide the desired results. Provides expert consulting to the development, review, coordination and cross-regional integration/de-confliction of cyber warfare-related operation-level plans (OPLANs) and orders (OPORDERs). Engages in joint campaigning, contingency, Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) planning and strategic assessments with senior cyberspace operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Makes effective use of the Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) to ensure proposed plans are defined and documented to facilitate and capture results of the iterative review process.
