Global Force Managment Specialist

Advises leaders on force resourcing and management issues associated with proposed approaches, and as indicated by analyses, recommends optimized alternatives. Contributes expertise in application of concepts, regulations, policies, and processes governing the commitment of Cyber workforce assets to planned actions. Assesses and recommends analytical methods and courses of action (COAs) to be employed to define workforce requirements. Contributes to the planning, execution, and after-action analysis of Joint exercises used, in part, to assess the effectiveness of GFM strategies. Represents the interests of the Command and its special role in the cyberspace program and makes substantive contributions to these groups' analyses and recommendations. Develops and maintains the personnel annexes for a variety of contingency, emergency, and mobilization plans.
