About the role
The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Provides technical guidance to program and administrative personnel, relative to the development, monitoring, and closeout of cooperative inter-agency agreements and trust funds. Interacts and provides technical guidance and assistance to the administrative and program officials in the development, monitoring, and close out of agreements. Assists with determining awardee eligibility using formulas and methodology and established eligibility criteria, such as competitive rating factors. Assists with announcing programs and soliciting applications or proposals for funding under assistance awards. Reviews drafts of new agreements and solicits review by necessary staffs.
