About the role
You will develop, implement, and apply the planning, process and techniques to plan and direct programs and projects accomplished by the Production Resources Process Improvement Division. You will participate in, and conduct long and short range, intermediate, and emergent planning for overall production resources process goals. You will attend high level conferences within and outside the shipyard and provide input regarding program planning, funding, resource, training and policy. You will determine availability of manpower, resources, program requirements, submission, utilization, and adherence to the department's budgets for material, overhead labor, and other essential support functions. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects required to coordinate and support division operations.
