About the role
You will develop and manage the Operations Department Quality Program. You will direct the investigations of quality problems, developing and implementing guidance for critiquing project work. You will focus on planning phases for upcoming overhauls which include, incorporating lessons, critiquing findings, processing changes, ship type, major work packages, trade skills, and specific complexities of individual projects. You will coordinate professional development and disseminate information including all relevant shipyards departments and job related. You will evaluate work performance and provide objectives, counsel and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
