EDUCATION AND TRAINING TECHNICIAN

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to performs support duties that facilitate the work of education personnel. Processes education actions for the Air Reserve Component (ARC) and serves as an Education Technician (Military) for Air Force personnel and their family members. Provides a full range of technical personnel services through which Air Force members, civilians, and family members can seek solutions to problems, concerns, and needs. DUTIES: Provides information and guidance on all GI Bill programs, process letters of certification, and process transferability option under the Post-9/11 GI Bill. Responds to customer inquiries for Air Force members worldwide. Conducts individual support to all miliary ranks on a variety of educational programs. Initiates, develops, conducts training for Education and Training Division.
