In addition, the incumbent supervises the PRRC / ICMHR Supervisory Social Worker and supervises Social Workers assigned to the Acute Psychiatric Care Unit (APCU; also known as Unit 2B). Finally, the incumbent serves as the Behavioral Health Social Work Lead. Given this range of responsibilities, this Supervisory Social Worker is responsible for planning, development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of Truman VA CIS programs and serves as the BH subject matter expert regarding the profession of Social Work.
