Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional The Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist (DRT) oversees the coordination and daily operation/performance of the Radiology section at the Ralph H. Johnson VA HealthCare System Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) location. Incumbent is a working supervisor with daily patient care/technologist duties. Incumbent works closely with the technologists, radiologists, clinicians, and clerical staff to ensure accurate patient preparation, efficient coordination of activities and workflow, optimal quality imaging, and high patient satisfaction. Typical duties may include, but are not limited to: Holds employees accountable for appropriate levels of performance and conduct, including appropriate disciplinary actions (counseling, reprimands, admonishments, etc.) First-line supervisor performing all supervisory duties (30-40%) associated with the CBOC Radiology section including but not limited to performance evaluations, section staffing
