Supervisory General Engineer (Open to both U.S. Citizens and Federal Employees)

The Supervisory General Engineer: Leads employees involved in the review, assessment, and management of marine infrastructure development projects that are subject to federal oversight. Articulates and communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and timeframe. Provides senior level advice relative to civil engineering. Applies a wide range of concepts, laws, policies, practices, analytical and diagnostic methods and techniques. Provides recommendations and advice in the planning and design process, and engineering management services for design and construction projects. Prepares reports and maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information as required, and coordinate the preparation, presentation, and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
