Sports Specialist (Cross Country/Track& Field)

As a Sports Specialist (Cross Country/Track & Field), you will be required to perform the duties of an Assistant Coach in the Academy's Track and Field Program. You will be responsible for the development and conduct of educational courses and programs, research, instruction and academic counseling of Midshipmen, and assuming a share of departmental and other academic responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and experienced professional who works to support the Mission of the USMMA. They must be capable of adjusting to various work environments, physical demands, and schedules. They must be able to work well within the structure of the volleyball staff and must be a positive contributor.
