Supervisory Operations Specialist

The individual selected for this position will: Serve as senior supervisor over the entire branch support staff; Serve as liaison between Headquarters, sponsoring divisions, Tucson Contact Center and Logistics and Command Center. Assign/explain work requirements to supervisors and ensure support staff are carrying out assigned duties; Assure production and accuracy requirements are met. Perform computer activities to monitor survey progress and performance; ensure all monitoring and feedback sessions are conducted appropriately. Keep subordinate employees informed of management goals and objectives and higher-level management informed of all necessary issues and concerns. Review and analyze records/reports of work production, costs and equipment and staff utilization to evaluate progress, identify/resolve problems and control or reduce costs.
