FOOD SERVICE WORKER MWR

Sets up and replenishes food line, steam table, and food service counters with hot and cold food. Serves food cafeteria style prepares self-service stations by setting up condiments, silverware, and glassware. Set up dining room tables for service. Prepare fruits and vegetables for cooking and serving by cleaning, peeling, cutting, scraping, chopping, and dicing. Operates in accordance with safety regulations, powered and mechanical kitchen equipment to include potato peelers, slicers, mixers, grinders, scales and measuring devices. Unload supply trucks and place supplies in proper storage and area and brings supplies to work areas as required. Washes dishes, pots and pans, either manually or by mechanical dishwasher. Sets up, operates, disassembles, cleans, and reassembles dishwashing machine after each use. Removes inspector doors, strainer pans, screens, and spray arms for preventive maintenance and cleaning. Removes used utensils and dishes from dining areas to kitchen dish service
