Supervisory Assistant Auto Skills Manager

Assists with the economic and efficient operation of the assigned facility, which includes equipment and facility maintenance and repair. Assists with the day-to-day operations of the facilities, which includes but are not limited to inspection of the Automotive and Car Wash facilities on a continual basis noting safety deficiencies and initiating prompt corrective action within the limits of authority. Ensures that the facility is maintained in a state of cleanliness and good repair at all times, and directs staff work assignments. Serves as an alternate fund custodian, ensuring the safety and appropriate use of funds. May ring/verify cash register, issuing and checking change funds, preparation and/ or oversight of Daily Activity Reports and deposits. Contacts firms to obtain competitive prices regarding purchase of equipment, supplies and resale stock. Prepares and submits procurement requests to on duty supervisor.
