Supervisory Information Technology Specialist (Policy and Planning)

Approves lesson plans in accordance with program of instruction (POI) Develops training material for information technology courses Manages Instructors with design and development of course work. Set performances standards and appraisals for subordinates. Review and Evaluates training material for the command. Supports Instructors by preparing instruction materials. Identities, collects, and arranges all materials required in conducting training course for information technology courses. Provides technical guidance to subordinates in the training division regarding training requirements, automation technology, and development of course work. Prepares test, training aid, study guides, and instruction for information technology courses. Instructs Information technology courses for the command.
