About the role
You will act as point of contact for the Property Manager to ensure good coordination on issues affecting the installation, residence and public-private venture (PPV) partner. You will oversee the execution of inspections, audits, and management reviews to ensure compliance with housing program requirements. You will investigate and resolve tenant-landlord complaints to recommend resolution, or arbitrate disputes. You will promote good relations between residents and neighboring communities.
