About the role
You will serve as serves as an Executive Staff Assistant/Analyst assisting a Senior Executive Service member in support of enterprise-wide operations. You will provide subject matter expertise on the administration and evaluation of command programs and business operations, to advise leaders and other key stakeholders in making informed decisions on a variety of issues. You will develop comprehensive plans and strategies for the internal and external integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions and activities requiring the involvement of the Executive. You will forecast potential requirements, de-conflicts problems, and plans and projects time for historically recurring requirements. You will develop / provide briefings and reports to leadership and other stakeholders on program/issue status including justifying and defending proposals and requests for resources, in order to influence guidance and decision-making.
