SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Manages the division using three Branch Chiefs to plan work to be accomplished by employees. Participates in formal program reviews to determine status and works directly with engineering, testing, installation, financial, working groups, to ensure requirements for workforce milestones are in compliance with DoD policy and Instructions. Performs administrative and business management functions for the directorate’s information management mission. Ensures program functions accomplish directorate objectives to include program analysis, space, manpower, and personnel management. Monitors recruitment and staffing, position management and classification; compensation management; employee-management relations; employee benefits and services; and other related human resources matters. Advises the Director and Deputy Director on personnel issues. Based on an in-depth knowledge of the directorate's mission and personnel requirements, assures current staffing and compensation levels are adequate
