Supervisory Program Analyst (Section Supervisor)

You will: Develop goals and objectives, and plan, organize and direct the activities of the organizational unit to meet customer needs and ensure legal, regulatory, programmatic, and policy compliance. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities to advance the mission of the Field Support Section. Serve as an analyst and advisor to management for the evaluation of program and operational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency. Represent the Agency with a variety of functional area organizations and build effective working relationships One or more positions may be filled (in the organization advertised and/or in other organizations), if appropriate to the position.
