About the role
Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to gain buy-in and ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall organizational goals. Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR operations. Analyze organizational needs to identify critical human capital challenges.
