About the role
As a Impact Management Specialist, you will: Analyze expected development impacts of proposed DFC projects prior to commitment and provide recommendations on how to maximize development impact. Attend screening meetings and engage with investment and client teams during due diligence, including potential due diligence site visits. Develop impact score for projects by identifying appropriate metrics to capture the potential development impact of each project, following DFC's Impact Quotient (IQ) methodology and guidelines, and informed by research conducted and client-level information. Provide guidance and support to prospective and existing clients on appropriate methodologies for assessing development impact. Undertake impact assessments of projects with new or challenging and complex elements and propose precedent-setting approaches to assessing these types of projects.
