MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), accomplishes a variety of duties involving assisting in determining unit's readiness and capability to perform its peacetime/wartime mission, to support programs and systems which ensure reserve members are properly trained and equipped, to provide peacetime/wartime medical support, and to provide training to reserve members in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Provides direct support to the senior ART in planning, directing, implementing, and controlling all elements of the medical unit on a day-to-day basis. Assists the senior ART in briefing the medical unit commander and higher management levels on all aspects of health services functions. DUTY 2: Provides support toward conducting studies, collecting data and identifying trends. Gathers data from Unit Compliance Inspection (UCI), Operational Readiness Exercise (ORE), Inspector General Exercise (IGX), Health Services Inspections
