About the role
The incumbent establishes and maintains oversight of program metrics and reporting requirements to satisfy internal and external quality control reviews of the Group. Develop, implement, and advise on talent acquisition and benefits plans, policies and procedures across the agency. Ensure comprehensive regulatory compliance in the processing of Personnel and Payroll actions and Human Resources Officer signature authority for the agency's official personnel/payroll documents. The Group Director collaborates with the CHCO and Deputy CHCO in the evaluation of budgetary data and information relating to the planned utilization of personnel. Maintain a productive working relationship with other top managers and key staff members throughout CMS to ensure an equal partnership between Group program objectives and overall operating program objectives.
