Representing CMS voice on Medicare bankruptcy and overpayment recovery policy in proceedings with external stakeholders, including MACs, DOJ, and OIG. Managing the full lifecycle of Medicare bankruptcy and overpayment recovery cases, including filing proofs of claim with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts and issuing closing instructions to Medicare Administrative Contractors for timely Trust Fund recovery.
