About the role
As the Manager, Idaho Cleanup Project (ICP), you will: Oversee operations and influence Department of Energy (DOE) wide policy and planning decisions. Direct activities and develop strategic plans based on long-term assessments. Set standards for internal controls and evaluate policy, program, and project viability. Deliver executive-level expertise and strategic direction for the overall administration of the Office of Environmental Management (EM) ICP mission. Oversee ICP operations, which include developing and configuring work breakdown structures and resource-loaded schedules, integrating systems and managing support contracts, preparing integrated monthly reports, tracking action items, and issuing programmatic budget guidance. Allocate financial and personnel resources to meet mission goals, identify areas for major improvement, and create and implement action plans.
