Budget Officer

This position is located within the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Program and Budget, WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA; LAKEWOOD, COLORADO At the full performance level (GS-15) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Budget Coordination- daily, annual, and long-range budget and performance work for the offices under the Director, Program and Budget, and assists with integrating the Bureau wide functional areas into cohesive programs. Advising top officials at Headquarters, Regional/Area Offices and serves as the Bureau's point of contact on budgetary matters with the Department, Office of Management and Budget, as well as the respective Appropriations and Oversight Committees and Subcommittees of the Congress.
