Supervisory Repayment Specialist

As a Supervisory Repayment Specialist with Reclamation, primary duties and responsibilities include: Conducting research to identify the pertinent legal history, opinions, and precedent decisions in relation to any specific case, and drafting correspondence advancing a legal position. Performing or coordinating analyses of proposed contractors' financial statuses and developing recommendations on respective repayment capacities.
