About the role
You will have specific knowledge of utility services, rate structures, capital investments related to utility systems, and energy management. You will have broad understanding of state and local jurisdictions over the use of land and natural resources, the construction of facilities and utilities, and the distribution of utilities services. You will have comprehensive knowledge of government energy reduction objectives and be familiar with Public Work, Department and NAVFAC processes and standards. You will have knowledge of electrical engineering theory, design parameters and applicable codes and regulation as applied to primary and secondary electrical distribution. You will have extensive knowledge of practices, procedures, standards and methods used in office and field engineering work in conjunction with electrical systems design operation application and energy use management.
