Wage and Hour Specialist

As a Wage and Hour Specialist, duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following: Reviewing sensitive and confidential investigation case files from the district offices to ensure conformance with established regulations, policies and priorities. Explaining and presenting potential litigation cases to the Regional Solicitor. Identifying potential litigation cases and works closely with representatives of the Solicitor's Office in building the most effective case where litigation is involved. Providing technical oversight for national and regional initiatives with responsibility for planning and assigning work, coordinating and monitoring investigative and research activities, and identifying and resolving logistical and technical issues that arise. Managing a systematic process to monitor and recommend training requirements as well as conduct individual or group training where the need is observed. Coordinating program activities with related activities of other Department o
